1. Introduction
   The "Reddit x Skoda Octavia" Promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Giant Spoon LLC, a company registered in the United States whose registered office is 44 Wall Street, 3rd Fl; NY, NY 10005 (the "Promoter"). These Official Rules govern your participation in the Promotion, which is organized in connection with the Cannes Lions Festival 2025 that will take place in Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 Bd de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes, France, from June 16 to June 20, 2025 (the "Event"). By participating in this Promotion, you (a "Participant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").
   The sponsor and the supplier of the prizes is Reddit, Inc. at 548 Market Street, #16093, San Francisco, CA 94104 (the "Sponsor").
   
2. Eligibility
   This Promotion is open to all attendees of the Event who are 18 years of age or older, and who possess an official festival badge issued by the organizers of the Event. Employees of the Promoter, or its parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouse and life partners). You are also not eligible if you were or are involved in any part of the administration or execution of this Promotion or are employed by Reddit, Inc. at 548 Market Street, #16093, San Francisco, CA 94104.
   Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Individuals who are citizens of or residing in Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and certain regions of Ukraine (including the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic, and the so-called Luhansk People's Republic), as well as individuals named on the restricted persons or party list of the United States (including the sanctions list maintained by OFAC), United Kingdom, European Union, or United Nations are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
   By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria, the proof of which may be required and requested by the Promoter.
3. Promotion Period
   The Promotion will run during the Event, from June 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM (the "Starting Date") to June 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM (the "End Date") (the "Promotional Period").
   
4. How to participate
   The Promotion is free to enter. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
   The Participants will help design the Cannes 2025 limited-edition Redditor Edit jacket of the Skoda Octavia brand – a Redditor-crafted version of the Skoda Octavia model (the "Jacket").
   To participate, attendees must visit the Promotion activation area in the Palais des Congres at Cabana P10 (the "Activation Area") at the Event and follow the steps that will be indicated on the tablet interface.
   Participants will be required to choose their preferred features of the Jacket among, for instance, the colour, the style (coaches jacket, windbreaker), the logo placement, via a digital tablet interface located in the Activation Area (the "Vote").
   At the end of the Promotion, the most popular choices among the features will determine the final Jacket design.
   After submitting their Vote, the Participants will have the option to voluntarily provide their contact details, including their full name, email address, company name, and jacket size, for a chance to receive the Jacket with the final design. The Participants are not required to provide their contact details to engage with the voting process.
   If the Participants choose to provide their contact details, they will be entered into the random draw and will have a chance to be a winner of the Promotion.
   The maximum number of entries to the Promotion is one (1) per attendee for the Promotional Period. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, corrupted, illegible, or delayed entries or for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your participation.
5. Selection of winners
   The winners of the Promotion will be selected randomly among the Participants who have provided their contact details.
   10 winners will be selected at random via an electronic selection process from eligible entries received by the End Date.
6. Contacting and Confirming winners
   The potential winners will be notified by email, to the email address provided to participate in the prize draw at the Promotion, within ten (10) working days of the end of the Event.
   To claim their prize, the potential winners will be required to confirm, by email, receipt of the email notification within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the email notification, and to confirm their full valid shipping address including their full name, street address, postal code, and city name, and their phone number.
   The potential winners may be asked to provide proof of identity and eligibility prior to receiving their prize.
   Within ten (10) working days from the receipt of each potential winner's response, the Promoter will email the potential winners and advise them of their winner status.
   If a potential winner does not respond to the email notification by the above deadline, an alternate potential winner will be selected at random among the eligible Participants who provided their contact details.
7. Prize details
   Each winner will receive one (1) official Cannes 2025 limited-edition Redditor Edit Jacket. The Jacket's design will be determined based on the features that received the most Votes from the Participants during the Promotion (the approximate retail value of one (1) prize is eighty five (85) Euros).
   The Jackets will be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by a third-party vendor, Reform Clothing Co., who will handle all logistics.
   The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitute prizes will be offered.
   The Jackets are subject to their supplier's warranty. The Jackets are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the Jackets awarded as prizes.
   The Jackets will be shipped to confirmed winners within seventy (70) working days following receipt of the potential winners' response to the email notification, to the mailing address provided by each of the winners during the notification process outlined above.
   The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the winners. Will ship prize globally subject to country regulations and shipping carrier limitations.
8. Amendment
   The Promoter reserves the right, subject to the Participants' reasonable prior notice, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Promoter's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Promoter may select winners among the eligible Participants who have already entered the Promotion and provided their contact details prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promoter.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content and materials associated with this Promotion, including but not limited to the Jacket's design, logos, and promotional materials, are the exclusive property of the Promoter and its third-party licensors.
   Participation in the Promotion, in particular the Votes required to participate, shall not grant the Participants any intellectual property rights or ownership over the final design and the Jacket created as part of the Promotion.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
    By participating in this Promotion and providing personal details, the Participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winners, delivering the prizes and post event outreach.
    The data controller is the Promoter. The Promoter may be required to share the Participants' personal data with Gramercy Tech and Reform Clothing, with which it has entered into data processing agreements compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"), to allow the Promoter to contact the Participant in the event of winning and, for Sponsor marketing and promotional outreach post Promotion.
    Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely in accordance with the GDPR and with the French Data Protection Law for the purpose of the performance of the Promotion.
    The processing of the personal data, by the Promoter, in connection with the Promotion, is based on article 6 (1) b) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party).
    In particular, the Participants' personal data will be used to (a) verify the eligibility of the winners, (b) contact the winners, (c) allocate the prizes.
    The personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the data controller' servers and computer systems which are based in the United States of America. Personal data may also be processed by the data controller's affiliated companies, agents, representatives and partners for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, who are operating outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") and who are bound by data processing agreements with the data controller.
    The Participants can exercise these rights by sending a written request to redditevents@reddit.com
    In addition, the Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL : www.cnil.fr) or, if applicable, with the regulatory body of their country of residence.
11. Liability and Warranties
    The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
    The Promoter is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion.
    As a general principle, in accordance with article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code, the Promoter may be relieved of all or part of its responsibility if it evidences that the breach or the improper performance of these Official Rules is related either to a Participant, or to the fact, unpredictable and insurmountable, of a third party to the Official Rules, or to a case of a force majeure event.
    The Promoter shall not be responsible for any issues regarding the delivery of the prizes which are not the result of its negligence or fault, including lost or delayed shipments and it is the winners' responsibility to ensure that they provided an accurate postal address. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the winners.
    
12. Law/Disputes
    The Promotion, the Official Rules, and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French laws. Nothing herein shall deprive the Participants from the enforcement of the mandatory provisions set forth by the consumer law of their country of residence.
    Any disputes arising from, or in connection with this Promotion, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, unless another court has jurisdiction due to the application of international conflict of law rules.
    If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
